Heidi's Zesty Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts3 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin or whichever you prefer)1 tsp Morton lite salt 1/2 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp black pepper1/8 tsp cayenne pepper2 tsp minced garlic1 tsp oregano flakes
Directions
Makes 2 chicken breasts.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Pour olive oil onto a plate. Coat each side of breasts with olive oil. In a small bowl mix together: salt, garlic powder, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Lightly sprinkle each side of breasts with seasoning mixture (no need to use it all). Top each breast with approximately 1 tsp of minced garlic. Garnish each breast with oregano flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
