8 oz Yogurt, fat free..your choice of flavor1/4c Frozen blueberries1 c Honey nut cheeriosI generally layer the mix..14/ c cheerioos, 1/4 c yogurt, 1/4 c frozen fruit, then yogurt. etc. untill I have used all of the measurements.Sometimes i will add dark chocolate shavings. (very little of course). This is fun for the family and a healthy special treat. Use a wine glass and make it extra special.Enjoy....Tammy
