healthy honey cookies

Ingredients
65gr Low fat Margarine70gr Honey1 tbsp Lemon Peel vainilla seeds from 2 pods (or a tsp. vainilla extract)125gr wheat raising flour 20gr whole wheat flour Salt, a pinch Baking Powder, a heavy pich Baking Soda, a small pinch 40gr Oats20gr Wheat bran 20gr Wheat germ
Directions
Preheat oven at 190C/400F.
Mix margarine, honey, grated lemon peel and vainilla seeds. Add (sifting together) the two flours, salt, bking powder, baking soda, and follow withthe rest of the ingredients. Work the doug until it doesn't stick anymore (add a teaspoon of flour if needed) Streth to a ½ cm. thickness. Cut the cookies and place on baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake at 190C/400F for 15 minutes or until cookies sides started to brown.
The entire preparation has around 1200Kcal, so you can calculate amount per serving by dividing 1200 per the amount of cookies that you get.
