Whole Wheat Cookies

* Granulated Sugar, .66 cup * Brown Sugar, .66 cup, packed * Butter, salted, 1 cup * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp * Egg, fresh, 1 large * *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup * Baking Soda, 1 tsp * Salt, .5 tsp
Heat oven to 375 F.
Mix sugars, butter, vanilla and egg in large bowl. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt (dough will be stiff).
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown (centers will be soft). Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet. Cool on wire rack.

2/3 of a cup of brown sugar and regular sugar, for a total of 1 and 1/3 cups... does that help?
