Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients
1/2 cup light sour cream1 chipotle pepper, chopped fine (can with no adobo sauce) to taste1/2 lime, juiced2 tsp. olive oil8 oz shrimp, raw cut into small pieces1/2 tsp. grill mix1/2 lime juice4 corn tortillas1 tomato chopped1/2 onion, chopped1 cup cabbage, shredded 1 lime—1 cut in wedges
Directions
Combine sour cream, minced chipotle and 1/2 a lime juiced. Set aside
Heat oil. Add shrimp and stir fry quickly. 1-2 minutes. Add grill mix 1/2 lime juiced.
Warm the tortillas in microwave 30 seconds.
To serve place shrimp in tortilla, add cabbage, tomatoes, onion and drizzle chipotle sour cream mixture Serve with lime wedges

Serve with rice and a salad.
