slow cooker tender pot roast with potatoes

Ingredients
Directions
2 pounds pot roast (or chuck roast, etc.)2 cups ginger ale6 medium potatoes1 medium onion, sliced1 tsp. minced fresh garlicsalt and pepper to taste
Place roast in slow cooker
add ginger ale
sprinkle minced galic into ginger ale
add whole washed potatoes and sliced onion into slow cooker
cook on low for 7-9 hours or on high for 3-4 hours
salt and pepper to taste
if desired serve drippings on the side for dipping the meat into.
yeild- 6 servings (4 oz. roast, one potato, 1/6 onion per serving)
