6 bone-in pork loin chops1 can(16 oz.) jellied cranberry sauce1/4 C sugar1/2 C apple juice2 Tbsp spicy brown mustard2 Tbsp corn starch1/4 C cold water1/2 tsp saltdash pepper
Place pork chops in slow cooker. Combine cranberry sauce, juice, sugar and mustard until smooth; pour over chops. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours or until meat is tender. Remove chops; keep warm. In saucepan, combine cornstarch and cold water until smooth; gradually stir in cooking juices. Bring to boil; cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in salt and pepper. Serve over chops.
