Foil-Wrapped Asparagus

1 lb fresh asparagus spears1 Tbsp olive oil1/2 red bell pepper, sliced and roasted3 cloves garlic, whole1 tsp ground oregano1 tsp ground basilblack pepper to taste
Remove ends of asparagus spears. Lay spears on sheet of aluminum foil. Add pepper, garlic, and seasonings. Sprinkle all with olive oil.
Fold and seal aluminum foil and place in 350 oven for 20 min, or until asparagus is cooked but not limp. An excellent side dish for fish, and the leftovers make a great snack served cold!
