Mexican Goulash

Ingredients
1 onion, chopped1 lb ground beef, extra lean (any ground meat can be substituted)1 can diced tomatoes, drained1 can black beans, drained1 can Campbells Nacho Cheese Soup, prepared10 oz elbow macaroni1 can diced green chilies1 package of taco seasoning
Directions
Brown ground beef and drain. While the hamburger is browning, cook and drain macaroni.
Add onions and taco seasoning to meat, cook for 5 minutes. Add soup mix to macaroni.
Add remaining ingredients to meat mixture and stir until all ingredients are combined.
Slowly add macaroni to mixture and combine.

Makes 12-1 cup servings
Spice Scale = Mild
Serve with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese and salsa for toppings.
