Whole Wheat Pancakes

2 Tbsp Flax seed Meal1 c -minus 2 Tbsp whole wheat flour1 tsp sugar2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1 large egg1/2 c. vanilla fat free, sugar free yogurt1 Tbsp lemon juice1 C minus 1 Tbsp skim milk
Mix lemon juice with skim milk, let sit 5 minutes.
Mix flax seed meal, whole wheat flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in small bowl.
Combine skim milk lemon juice mixture with beaten egg and yogurt. Combine with flour mixture until just mixed. Heat pan over medium heat. Pour 1/4 c mixture on pan, cook about 2 minutes until browned, top bubbles and edges are dry. Flip, and cook about 1 minute on other side until browned.
