Banana Chocolate Chip Walnut Loaf

1 cup mashed ripe bananas1/2 cup fat free vanilla yogurt1/2 cup skim milk2 Tbsp canola oil1/4 tsp vanilla extract2 cups whole wheat flour1/2 cup sugar1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1/4 tsp salt1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, combine flour and next 5 ingredients.
4. Add banana mixture to flour mixture, stirring just until moist.
5. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts until well combined.
6. Pour into 9 X 5 inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
7. Bake at 350 F for 50 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, remove from pan, cool completely.
