whole wheat waffles

Ingredients
1 3/4 c whole wheat flour1/4 c flaxseed meal1/4 c sugar 3 Tbsp baking powder3/4 tsp salt2 c. skim milk3 eggs1/3 c. applesauce1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
combine dry ingredients in large bowl
in small bowl, beat eggs. Add applesauce and vanilla.
pour 1/3 c batter per waffle.
Bake according to waffle iron instructions.
