Chunky Beef Soup

Ingredients
1 lb boneless round steak1/2 medium onion chopped2 garlic cloves minced1 Tbsp oil8 cups water1 can of canned tomatoes, undrained2 cubes beef bouillon2 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp oregano2 medium carrots peeled and chopped2 medium stalks of celery chopped1 cup uncooked pasta
Directions
In a large pot cook round steak, onion, and garlic in oil until meat is browned and the onion is tender. Stir in water, tomatoes, beef bouillon, spices, and vegetables. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 1-1/2 hours. Stir pasta. Simmer uncovered until noodles are tender.
