Ingredients
12 Oz Pork Tenderloin5 Tbs Lite Soy Sauce2 Tbs Olive Oil2 Garlic Cloves, minced3 tsp brown sugar1 tsp ground fresh ginger root1 tsp black pepper1 Tbs honey
Directions
Combine all ingredients except pork into a gallon size freezer bag and mix very well to form marinade. Add tenderloin and marinate at least 8 hours or overnight. Place tenderloin in 11x7x2 pan coated with aluminium foil. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees or until temp reaches 160-170 degrees. Meanwhile, bring marinade to a full roiling boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer until reduced to a syrup consistency. Serve sliced pork with marinade sauce poured over top. Marinade can be used for 2 tenderloins as well, but there will be less sauce. Makes 2-3 servings.
