Yummy Scrummy Vegetarian Spaghetti Bolognaise

Ingerdients needed: * Quorn, Grounds (UK Quorn Mince) * Olive Oil *Red Peppers, * Green Peppers * Yellow Peppers * Green Olives * Mushrooms, fresh * Crushed Tomatoes * Lea & Perrins Worcester Sauce * Barbecue Sauce * Spaghetti
Directions
This recipe makes 4 servings of delicious pasta sauce.

To start, fill a saucepan with water and leave to boil.

Leaving the water to boil, chop the onion, peppers and mushrooms.

In a fresh pan, pour in the olive oil. Heat pan at Gas mark 6. Once pan is hot pour the Quorn mince/grounds into the pan and stir. After 2 minutes stir in the peppers and onion and leave to cook, stirring occasionally .

The water should be boiled by this time so add a teaspoon of oil to the boiling water and a pinch of salt. Bring the temperature down to gas mark 4 and put spaghetti ito the water. Leave to simmer for 15 minutes.

Mix the mushrooms in with the onion, red peppers and quorn and stir. At this time add 2 teaspoons of Worcester Sauce and stir into the vegetables. After about 30 seconds stir in the crushed tomatoes. Turn the hob down to Gas Mark 4 and leave sauce to simmer for ten minutes, stirring occasionally.

Drain the pasta and serve to plate . Spoon some suave over it and voila! A lovely vegetarian Italian meal.
