6 ounces non fat milk1 scoop protein powder4 tbs flax mealIceOptional flavorings and fruit
Directions
Add any fruit and ice with ingredients in a blender and pulse until blended to the desired consistency. This should be consumed immediately since the flax meal sets up quickly. Keeps hunger away for 3 to 4 hours due to the high fiber content.

Substitute Whey Factors Protein Powder with any high protein powder containing 15 grams per serving.
