No Egg, No Bake Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
Cooked Mashed Pumpkin or 1 can pumpkinFat free evaporated milkPackage of powdered gelatinSplendaCinnamonSugarSaltGround GingerGround Cloves
Directions
Pour .5 cup cold evap milk in bowl, sprinkle gelatin on it to bloom.
While it's blooming put all remaining ingredients in pot.
When it starts to boil add the gelatin mix, whisk for 5 minutes.
Turn off and pour into desired shell, I used graham cracker crust.
