Potato soup

Ingredients
2 cubes knorr vegetarian vegetable bouillon cubes6 cups water2 pouches (4.5 oz.) country gravy mix1 28 oz. bag Ore Ida potatoes O'Brien (with onions and peppers optional)
Directions
Bring 4 cups water with 2 bouillon cubes to boil. In seperate bowl mix gravy pouches into 2 cups cold water slowly, until smooth. Add to broth mixture. Add Potatoes. Cover and cook, stirring often until potatoes are to your liking
