TORTILA SOUP

Ingredients
1lb shredded chicken1 large can whole tomatoes1 14oz can enchilada sauce1 140z can black bean drained1 green pepper1 red pepper2 jalapeño1 medium onion14oz chicken stock1 bag frozen corn3 cloves garlic1 teaspoon chili powder1 teaspoon cuminSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Dice peppers, onion, and garlic. Sauté in a pan with a little EVOO. Mix all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
