Erin's 7 Layer Salad

Ingredients
1 Cup Mayonnaise3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese4 tsp sugar1 Tbsp Cider Vinegar1 medium head iceburg lettuce7 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled3/4 peas, defrosted1 Cup Cauliflower, small florets1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese1 cup onion
Directions
mix first four ingredients together and set aside. In a bowl add the lettuce torn in to pieces. Add a layer of onion. Add a layer of bacon. Add a layer of cauliflower. Add a layer of peas. Add the cheese. Spread the mayo mixture over the salad. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Toss before serving.
