Oysters - canned, Granadaisa, 2 cup (remove)Smart Beat, Light Buttery Spread, 4 Tbsp,Milk - Hood Calorie Countdown - Low Fat 5 cupaIdahoan Buttery Homestyle Mashed Potatoes, 1/2 cupOnions, raw, 1/2 cup finely choppedDill weed, fresh, 2 sprigsDash or two of Old Bay5 Dashes of Lemon Pepper or Fresh Lemon BalmWorcestershire sauce Salt and Pepper to taste
Add chopped onions and butter to heavy pot.
Heat onions until translucent
add oysters with juice, seasonings and Worcestershire sauce to pot
Bring just to boiling
Remove from heat, add milk
Add instant potatoes, stir to thicken
Season to taste
Makes 6 one cup servings for under 200 calories / ea
