Cinnamon Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup sugar1 1/2 cups Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal1 cup 2% milk1 large egg2 medium bananas (mashed)
Directions
1. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.

2. In mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients. Let stand for 10 minutes or until cereal is well moistened.

3. Stir in remaining ingredients. (Mixing bowl is okay).

4. Bake at 400 degrees 18-22 minutes.

Makes 1 dozen muffins
