chocolate peanut butter banana muffins (160 cals)

Ingredients
2 cups flour,1/4 cup cocao1 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1/2 cup brown sugar1/3 cup unsalted margarine3/4 low fat yogurt1 tsp vanilla3 tbs peanutbutter 3 large bananas
Directions
mix dry ingridiants other than sugar in a bowl, in another mix in sugar with marg. and egg. beat in dry ingridients and then mix in peanutbutter and mashed bananas.

cook at 375 for 20 minutes .

if you want cookies cook them for 10.

makes 15 muffins and 30 cookies

    Didn't notice an egg in the ingredient list, but added one. Recipe didn'g specify when the yogurt was to be added but I threw it in with the other wet ingredients.
    Didn't really work as cookies, but well as muffins, if a little bland. - 1/8/11
