Easy 1-egg tamagoyaki

1 large egg1 tablespoon soy sauce1 teaspoon water1/2 teaspoon sugar
-Heat up a small, nonstick frying pan and coat with a thin layer of veggie oil or no-stick cooking spray.
-Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and whisk until smooth and somewhat uniform in texture.
-Once the pan is hot, pour the mixture into the pan and stir with a fork or chopsticks until it is about half set.
-Fold egg in half with a spatula.
-Fold 1/3 of the egg over with spatula and press down.
-Fold the other end of the egg over with spatula and press the whole thing down.
-Flip the egg over and press the whole thing down with the spatula again.
-Remove from heat, cut in half, and enjoy!
