3/4 c. granulated sugar1 2/3 c. skim milk4 c. lowfat plain yogurt1/4 c. heavy whipping cream2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Whisk together milk and sugar until sugar is well dissolved.
Then add yogurt, cream, and vanilla and whisk until incorporated.
Pour into your ice cream freezer and mix about 20-25 minutes or by manufacturer's instructions.
