Spicy Chicken Taco Soup - Low Cal/Fat

Ingredients
1 can Black Beans-don't drain1 can Light Red Kidney Beans-don't drain1 can Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn-50% less salt-don't drain1 can Old El Paso Fat Free Refried Beans1 can Rotel Diced Tomatoes w/green chilis1 cup Swanson Chicken Broth-98% fat free1 pkg Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix-40% less sodium1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix2 Chicken Breasts, no skin, baked and diced
Directions
Season to your taste and Bake Chicken Breats until done. Allow Chicken to cool, then dice. Pour all remaining ingredients into stock pot and simmer on Med/Low - add chicken last and heat to your liking.

Can serve with: Low Fat Sour Cream, Low Fat Cheese, Tortilla Chips, etc.
