Ingredients
Tumaro's Gourmet Tortillas - Salsa Low In Carbs, 10 tortillasTumaro's Gourmet Tortillas - Pesto & Garlic, 8 tortillasegg white, fresh, 16 largeEgg, fresh, 6 largeYellow Peppers, 1/4 cupPeppers, sweet, red, 1/4 cupGreen Peppers, 1/4 cup, choppedMushrooms, fresh, 1/4 cup piecesLouis Rich Turkey Bacon, 1/4 cupVelveeta Cheese Product, 10 ozPolish Pork Sausage, 8 ozOnions, raw, 1/4 cup, chopped
Directions
Veggie & turkey bacon eggs - 8 egg whites, 3 whole eggs, chopped peppers, chopped onions, chopped mushrooms, chopped turkey bacon - sautee veggies & turkey bacon, add eggs & egg whites. Put 1/2 oz velveeta on each tortilla shell, add egg mixture, roll & then wrap in paper towel.

Pepper & onion sausage eggs - 8 egg whites, 3 whole eggs - cook sausage & add eggs. Put 1/2 oz velveeta on each tortilla shell, add egg/sausage mixture, roll & then wrap in paper towel.

Freeze for a convenient breakfast option. When ready to eat microwave 2-3 minutes if frozen or 1-2 minutes if thawed.
