Layered Crock Pot Dinner

6 medium potatoes, thinly sliced1 medium onion, thinly slicedsalt to tastepepper to taste15-oz. can corn (I like bi-color sweet corn)16-oz. bag frozen sweet peas1/4 cup water1-1/2 lbs. ground beef 97% lean, browned10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup, reduced fat
Directions
Spray inside of crock pot with nonstick cooking spray, then layer food accordingly...

1. 1/4 of potatoes, 1/2 of onion, salt & pepper
2. 1/2 can of corn
3. 1/4 of potatoes
4. 1/2 of peas
5. 1/4 of potatoes, 1/2 of onion, salt & pepper
6. remaining corn
7. remaining potatoes
8. remaining peas & water
9. ground beef
10. soup
11. Cover. Cook on high 4 hours.
