Tuna Sandwich Melts - A JoAnna Lund recipe

Ingredients
1 - 6 oz can of white tuna, packed in water, drained and flaked1/2 c fat-free mayonnaise3/4 c (3 oz) reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded3/4 c celery, finely chopped1/4 c onion, chopped1 tsp dried parsley flakes4 hamburger buns, reduced calorie
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, and Cheddar cheese. Add celery, onion, and parsley flakes. Mix well to combine. Evenly spoon about 1/3 cup tuna mixture between each bun. Wrap buns in foil. Place wrapped sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Serve hot
