Salmon Burger (Chalean Extreme)

Ingredients
8 oz Wild Silver Coho Salmon1 large celery stalk, diced2 tsp fresh dill, chopped1/3 c red onion, diced2 egg whites, beaten1/3 avocado, sliceddash saltpepper to taste
Directions
Saute celery and onion in cooking spray until translucent and allow to cool. Combine the salmon, celery/onions, dill, egg whites, and salt and pepper and form into patties. Grill or broil the patties for about 5-6 min on each side until cooked through. Top with avocado slices.
