Tuna Curry

Rice:1.5c rice1 dash salt1 tsp tumeric powderCurry:1tbsp corn oil1 small onion1 medium tomato2 cans of tuna in water2tbsp. of flour (about 0.1c).5tsp salt2tbsp curry powder (I use mild)1 dash ground pepper1 tsp dried parsley1 floz milkabout 1 c water
Rice:
Boild the rice as usual adding salt and tumeric powder (gives the rice the yellow colour and an indian taste) to the boiling water.
Curry:
heat the oil in a cooking pot, dice the onion and tomato. Frz the onion then add the tomato. then add spices and flour and fry a little bit. Add water and milk. Drain the tuna and add.
Let this simmer together for about 15 minutes. Add other spices as liked.
Add more flour or more water depending on how thick you like the sauce.
Serves 4
Serve on top of the rice.
