2 C Soy Milk, Plain1 C OJ (Tropicana w/ Calcium)2 T Flax Seed, Ground2 T Protein Powder, Plain/Low-Carb1.5 C Pineapple, Fresh/Frozen1 C Blueberries, Unsweetened/Frozen1 Banana, Medium
Directions
Add and blend each ingredient in order.
Pour into glass and enjoy.
Freeze remainder to enjoy later.
Makes 6 1-Cup or 3 2-Cup servings.
Use other fresh/frozen fruit/juice combinations as desired.
