Publix Tasty Turkey Chile

2 Tbs olive Oil1/3 cup each green pepper, onion and celery (or an 8oz container of trinity mix)1 tbs roasted garlic1 20oz pkg of ground turkey breast1 pkt chili seasoning (1.25oz)1 can chili beans (undrained) (16 oz)1 can milder diced tomatoes and green chilis undrained (10 oz)1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
1. Preheat large saucepan on medium high 2-3 minutes. Place oil in pan; swirl to coat. Add trinity mix and garlic; cook 6-8 minutes, stirring often, until well browned.
2. Reduce heat to medium; brown turkey 5-7 minutes stirring until it crumbels and is well brown.
3. Stir in remainig ingredients. bring to boil; reduce heat to low and simmer 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated and flavors are well blended.
Serving size is 1/6 of the recipe.
