Turkey (or chicken) Roll-up

2 oz. diced cooked turkey or chicken1/2 cup chopped lettuce (any kind)1/2 cup salsa1/4 cup grated carrot (buy it packaged)1/4 cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese1 tablespoon low fat Italian dressing1 whole wheat tortilla
Simply pile all the fillings on to the tortilla, drizzle the dressing over the top, and roll it up! You may need lots of napkins, or a knife and fork to finish it - lots of juices!
Makes 1 serving.
The fat will be lots lower if you use low fat dressing - the values here came up for full fat dressing.
