Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
1-2 Cups of Ice1 Large banana1 Cup of Orange Juice1/2 Cup of Strawberries1/2 Cup of Grapes (Green or Red)2 Servings (or 12 ounces) of Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt (Yoplait or other)1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Start with crushing ice and bananca in a blender until most cubes are crushed. Pour in orange juice (to make blending easier) and add strawberries and grapes. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Add yogurt and vanilla extract. Mix again for 1-2 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
The best part - no sugar added! Just natural fruit flavor!
