Ingredients
Chicken Breasts - I use 4 of them no skin/bonelessCream of Chicken Soup fat freeRefridgerated biscuitsFat free milk
Directions
this has become a family favorite in our house - and with 5 kids and hungry hubby, it goes over well.
Cook the chicken breasts, then chunk or cube the chicken. I prefer to just 'rip it' much easier!
Combine soup and milk together to make 'soup' mix - add the chicken. I let this all simmer together for about 20 minutes, stirring constantly.
Place biscuits in 13 x 9 cake pan, sprayed iwth non fat spray so it doesnt burn.
Pour chicken mixture over the biscuits - cook according to biscuit directions.

you can also add in a vegetable - we have used frozen peas before so you have a full meal in one pot! :)
Enjoy

We've made this for years and love it! I cooked the chicken w/ carrots in the crockpot first. Then shredded chicken and assembled according to recipe. Very quick and easy ! - 1/3/13

I made this and my whole family loved it. The only thing I wondered about was how much milk you actually used in your recipe. - 4/24/08
