15 Minute Chicken & Rice Dinner

Ingredients
1tablespoon vegetable oil4skinless, boneless chicken breast halves1 can cream of chicken soup11/2 cups water1/4 teaspoon paprika1/4 teaspoon pepper11/2 cups uncooked brown rice2 cups fresh broccoli flowerets
Directions
1. In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add chicken and cook 8 minutes or until browned. Set chicken aside. Pour off fat.

2. Add soup, water, paprika, and pepper. Heat to a boil.

3. Stir in rice and broccoli. Place chicken on rice mixture. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
