1 1/2 cups grapes, green red or combination of each1 medium apple, peeled and cut into pieces16 oz can Dole Chunky unweetened pineapples drained (saved the juice)8oz Dole Mandarin Oranges drained (saved the juice)1 medium Banana cut into slicesPecans (optional) not in caloriesCoconut flakes (optional) not in caloriesCinnamon (optional) not in caloriesIngredients for Juice:6 oz cup Yoplait low fat vanilla yogurt2-3 T of reserved pineapple/mandarin juice (mixed together)
Wash grapes, peel apple and chop, peel and slice banana and open canned fruit and drain juice into a cup. Combine fruit into a serving bowl.
To make juice: put yogurt into a small bowl. Add juice and stir until smooth. Pour Juice over fruit and toss gently to coat.
Serves 6 about 1 cup serving
