Ingredients
4 egg whites2 egg yolks4 oz. of chorizo1/2 cup of canned green chili1 cup of frozen potato obrien4 8 inch flour tortillas
Directions
in a frying pan, cook the chorizo and obrien potato. about 5 minutes. drain any remaining grease. add the eggs and the green chili. cook until the consistency is like scrqmbled eggs. put 1/4 of the filling into each tortilla and roll up. burrittos can be frozen and heated for about 1 minute in microwave.
