Blueberry Cobbler

1 cup low-fat milk (1%)1 cup sugar1 cup self-rising flour1 stick butter1 pint blueberries
Preheat oven to 350.
Melt butter, then mix with the milk, sugar and flour. Spray 12x9" pan with non-stick spray. Pour mixture in pan. Evenly add blueberries to pan (they will sink as it cooks). Bake for about 30 minutes, until crust is golden brown.
Makes 12 servings.
