Pork Chops in mushroom sauce

Ingredients
4 - boneless pork chops1 can of mushrooms (water removed)1 can cream of mushroom soup1 can of water2 tsp garlicPepper to taste
Directions
Sprinkle chops with pepper, brown them on a non-stick fry pan or grill. Place is caserole dish.

In non-stick pan saute mushrooms & garlic for a minute. Add the soup & water. Mix until all nice & creamy.

Pour over chops & cover. Bake in 350F oven for an hour or hour & half.

Serve over rice or potatoes (not included in count).

    Made this for dinner the other night and we all loved it,, adults, 5yr old daughter and 19 mo. son. It was easy and delicious. I used fresh mushrooms and served Risotto and Corn to accompany it. The sauce was really good with the risotto - 3/27/09
