2 cups quick oats2 teaspoons baking powder1 egg1 TBSP canola oil 1 & 1/4 cups milk 1 tsp vanilla1 tsp slenda1 cup frozen blueberries
Put oatmeal in the blender and blend in high speed till the oatmeal resembles corse flour add baking powder and mix then add oil, egg, vanilla, splenda and milk. blend only for a short while till mixed. Blend in frozen blueberries. Also batter thickens as it sits best to cook it as soon as possible. Pre heat waffle iron and use non-stick spray. Cook according to instructions of waffle maker. These waffles do not stay crispy, so they are great to freeze and then pop in the toaster.
