Baked/Broiled Pork Chops with Mint

1 cup White wine 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce5 Wafer-thin pork chops (approx. 3 oz. each)Red Cayenne pepperRed Cayenne pepperDried Mint leaves
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Pour wine and worcestershire sauce into the bottom of a broiler pan.
Sprinkle pork chops with salt, red cayenne pepper and mint on both sides; put on top of broiler pan.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 325 degrees, then turn on broiler and broil until pork chops are nicely browned on both sides (about 5 minutes per side). Serves 5
