Whole Grain Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1 Cup Organic Saint John Valley Cereal 1 Cup CO-OP Quick Cooking Oats 1 tsp Baking Soda1 Large Egg1 tsp Vanilla Extract1/4 Cup Canola Oil1/3 Cup Molasses 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar3 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter8 tbsp Chocolate Chips.
Directions
Heat oven to 350 (conventional) 325 (convection)
Makes 24 1 1/2 - 2 inch cookie balls.
Mix dry ingredients and set aside.
Mix Molasses, Eggs, Brown Sugar, and Vanilla
Add dry ingredients to wet. Mix and then mix in chips.
Using a cookie scoop place balls two inches apart on cookie sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees (conventional) 325 (convection).
