Vodka Sauce pizza with Portobello Mushrooms

For Dough:2 tsp dry yeast1c warm water6 to 7 tbsp water4c all purpose flourcooking spray1 tbsp cornmealFor Sauce:.5 tbsp butter2tbsp olive oil1/2 pint heavy cream1/8 c onions, chopped1 tbsp garlic, minced1 (28 oz) can crushed or whole tomatoes1/2 c vodka2 tbsp dried parsley2 tsp salt1 tsp freshly ground black pepperTopping:1lb shredded mozzarella2 large portabella mushroom caps
Set yeast in warm water and leave 5 minutes. Add yeast mixture to flour, mix together until a rough dough ball is formed. Knead 4 - 5 times on a floured surface. Place dough ball in a bowl coated with cooking spray, then let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size. Punch dough down, cover and let rest 5 minutes. Roll out into whatever size you need on a lightly floured surface. Place on an inverted baking sheet sprinkled with cornmeal.
Top with sauce, cheese and mushrooms. Bake at 350F for about 10 - 15 minutes or pizza crust becomes golden.
