Fried Parmesan Crisps

Ingredients
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese Pam
Directions
Spray small nonstick pan with Pam and place over medium high heat. When the pan is hot pour enough cheese to cover the bottom of pan. Cook until light brown on bottom. Remove; you can brown both sides if you want to; break into bite size pieces. These are great as a snack or added to a salad for extra crunch.

    This was great but I did it the lazy way. I sprayed a cookie sheet with Pam and then sprinkled Grated Parmesan cheese and baked at 450 for about 5-10 minutes (until brown). Turned out fantastic! - 6/13/07
