1# extra lean ground beef1onion diced1 cup ketchup1/3 cup water2Tablespoons vinegar2tablespoons brown sugar2tsp mustard2tsp garlic powdersalt and pepper to taste- although I use none.
Brown ground beef with chopped onion and drain.
add remaining ingredients, stir and let simmer for 15-20 min.
serve on buns or bread. yum!

I used ground buffalo instead of the ground beef and used 1 TB of Splenda Blend Brown Sugar...when I plugged the ingredients into the Recipe Calculator it came out to 91 calories (10 servings). I hope it did it right! Anyway..these were great! My husband really liked them as well. - 4/6/09
