Ingredients
2 cups Brussel Sprouts (or Brocolli)1 cup vegetable Broth3 tsp of garlic (or garlic paste)1 tbsp of parmesan (optional)
Directions
1) mix Garlic and Vegetable broth
2) boil brussel sprouts in Garlic/broth mixture until desired tenderness
3) pour off excess garlic broth mixture
4) garnish with parmesan cheese (optional)
