Smoked Salmon,spinach and linguine

Ingredients
* Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 250 grams Smoked Salmon (lox), 100 grams Spinach, fresh, 100 grams Basil, 1 tbsp Lemon Juice, .20 fl oz 1/2 tsp. Lemon rind * Olive Oil, 2 1tsp * Pepper, black, 1 dash * Whole Wheat Linguine, cooked (pasta), 250 grams * Parmesan Cheese, grated,1/3 cup
Directions
Cook Linguine according to directions or until tender, drain and return to pasta pot with a small amount of pasta water.
Stir in ricotta, salmon,spinach, spring onions lemon rind and juice, oil and pepper.
Divide into bowls and serve with shaved parmesan cheese.
