Diabetic Ginger Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 TBS Olive Oil1/2 TBS Sesame Seeds1/2 TBS *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce1/2 TBS Water1/4 tsp toasted Sesame Oil1/4 tsp Sugar1/2 tsp Cornstarch1 tsp grated fresh Ginger 1 clove Garlic minced1/4 lb Beef, top sirloin cut into strips1 medium GREEN ONION SLICED DIAGONALLY1/2 CUP red bell pepper1 1/2 cup Broccoli, florets
Directions
In a small skillet, add 1/2 tsp oil with sesame seeds, stir continually until sesame seeds are lightly browned and toasted. (about 3-4 minutes).
Remove from heat and set aside.

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, water, toasted sesame OIL, sugar and cornstarch.
Set aside,

In a skillet over med. -high heat, add 1/2 tsp oil, ginger, garlic and beef. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until beef is no longer pink in color.
Add GREEN ONION, RED bell pepper and broccoli florets.
Stir-fry 3-4 minutes until broccoli is tender.
Add soy sauce mixture, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens. Add toasted sesame seeds.
